Having a cockroach run across my foot was a very disturbing experience I would prefer not to ever happen again. I also saw an influx of cockroaches all over the property including in the dining downstairs, piano bar area, near the rooms and the spa bathroom. To avoid guest getting sick please cook the fish longer or precook in the back then flash grill it. How hard is it to just actually steam vegetables with just water, herbs and spices? The grilled fish was undercooked at lunch and dinner service more than I can count. The food is slipping again, I’m not sure what is happening but the Dec 2022 trip was very promising and now its back to oily, undercooked, buttery slop again. Most rooms smell of mold and mildew please get a regimen in place to improve that. I will be happy when I can get a room for the first time and not have to change it because it’s difficult to breathe.
